3. Service Description
Rimba Health offers three principal services to healthcare administrative teams in Malaysia:
Admin Process Review — RM 1,280
A four-week study of administrative workflows including appointment scheduling, claims preparation, referral letters, and front-desk coordination. Deliverable: written brief and PDPA-aware data inventory.
Letters & Claims Drafting Pilot — RM 5,140
A six-week supervised pilot of AI-assisted drafting for referral letters, claim summaries, and patient communications. Includes team training and written templates aligned with MOH and BNM-IT standards.
Quarterly Administrative Stewardship — RM 4,710 / quarter

Rimba Health's services address administrative processes only. We do not provide clinical, medical, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in any report, brief, or communication from Rimba Health should be read as clinical guidance or a substitute for professional regulatory advice.
While we take care in preparing all materials, we do not represent that our recommendations will suit every regulatory environment or that they will remain current as MOH, MMC, PDPA, or BNM guidance changes. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or where limitation would be unlawful under applicable Malaysian law.

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed or in progress at the time of notice are payable in full.
We may suspend or terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay an invoice within 60 days of the due date, or if continuing the engagement would require us to act contrary to applicable law or our professional obligations.
